Kelly Mead is a Cape May County resident where she lives with her four children. Originally from the New York/Fairfield County area, she has lived in the county half the time but decided ten years ago to make the move permanent. Kelly fell in love with the county and a new relationship was forged. Kelly has seen 7 Mile Island from many angles, as a visitor, tenant, a property management specialist, a rentals and sales agent and also a homeowner. “My hope is that this perspective will help to make your experience here equally as wonderful as mine has been.” Kelly specializes in sales and rentals with a passion for customer service and property management. “Let me plan your family vacation with a dream rental or help you fulfill that dream of owning a beach house to build family memories or for the purpose of investment. Following in his mothers footsteps, Charles has had success in real estate at an early age. Born in Connecticut, his family moved to Cape May County during his 6th grade year. He headed back north for college earning his Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island in Biology. Unlike most agents, Charles got his real estate license before graduating college. Having a passion for science and the study of life, Charles is naturally inquisitive and eager to learn. Charles is motivated by providing his clients with the highest quality of service and learning from his mother.
